Which payment methods can I use to pay?
We accept bank transfer, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) or Paypal (including Paypal buyer protection). Cash payment is possible when purchasing a piece of jewelry in our RENÉSIM store in Munich and, by arrangement, also for a piece of jewelry purchased online.
My credit card is declined. What should I do?
For technical reasons, a credit card payment may be automatically declined. In most cases, such a problem can be solved quickly and easily. Please contact us at service@renesim.com or by phone at +49 89 1222 8930 . We will help you until the payment is successful.
How can I track the status of my order?

How long is my voucher valid?
Please check the printout you received or the email with the voucher code. There you will find the validity of your voucher. If no date is specified, your voucher is valid indefinitely.
