The Variations of the Necklace
The word collier comes from French and can be translated as necklace or neckpiece.
Over the course of history, the necklace has taken on many different forms – from understated and simple versions to the magnificent examples decorated all over with diamonds and precious stones , which were worn especially in royal families on festive occasions.
Regardless of the different decorations, the necklace remains today the epitome of a high-quality and elegant piece of jewelry.
